These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of pest control services by Special Pest Services , a UK sole trader, trading under Special Pest Services.

1. Services Provided
• We provide domestic and commercial pest control services, including treatment for rodents, insects, and other pests.

• We will provide a quote before commencing work wherever possible.

2. Booking & Quotes
• All service requests must be confirmed via phone, email, or contact form.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You must remove hazards and ensure safe access to the property.
• Any allergies, pets, or sensitive areas must be disclosed prior to treatment.
• We are fully insured, but will not accept liability for pre-existing damage or hazards.

7. Liability
• Special Pest Services is not liable for:
• Indirect or consequential losses
• Damage caused by third parties or external pest reinfestation
• Losses due to delayed notification of infestation
• Our liability for direct loss caused by negligence is limited to the cost of the service provided.
